1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProBeya ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Actigence SPRL, Brussels, Belgium.

2. Service Description

ProBeya is a visual management and operational excellence platform for pharmaceutical and manufacturing organizations. The Service includes web-based dashboards, KPI tracking, action management, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Each organization (tenant) operates in an isolated environment.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into the Service. We do not access, sell, or share your data with third parties except as required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

6. Pricing & Billing

Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days notice. Free tier usage is subject to resource limits.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Open Source

ProBeya is open source under the MIT License. Self-hosted deployments are governed by the MIT License terms. The hosted service (probeya.com) is governed by these Terms of Service.
