## What is ProBeya?

ProBeya is a transformation operating system. Not a dashboard. Not a project tracker. Not a digital whiteboard. It is the single management layer that replaces the fragile scaffolding of spreadsheets, slide decks, whiteboards, and tribal knowledge with permanent infrastructure.

The name combines Latin "Pro" (forward) + Japanese "Beya" (部屋, room) — from the Obeya (大部屋) "big room" concept in lean management. ProBeya digitizes this concept and builds on it with three pillars: an operating system (OS) of operational tools, management infrastructure (MI) for structured governance, and measurement of behaviors (MB) for culture adoption tracking.
